An Introduction to Growing in Grace
Growing in grace is not simply about trying harder or accomplishing more. It is about trusting more deeply in God and allowing God's grace to shape how we live, serve, and give. As we begin our fall stewardship emphasis, Growing in Grace, we celebrate the ways God's grace is already at work through Atonement's ministries, relationships, and generosity. Please take a moment to watch this brief introduction by Mark Porter and Bethany Porter as we reflect on what it means to continue growing together in faith and grace.
Growing in Grace:
Atonement’s Fall Stewardship Emphasis
At Atonement Lutheran Church, we trust that God's grace is at work in our lives, in our congregation, and in the world around us. Our Growing in Grace fall stewardship emphasis invites us to reflect on the many ways God's generosity shapes our lives and how we can respond with gratitude and generosity of our own.
As we look toward 2027, we are invited to consider how our financial commitments help sustain and strengthen the ministries of Atonement. Our shared generosity supports four key areas of ministry:

6th Annual Grace & Gratitude BBQ

On October 24, we celebrated our 6th annual Grace & Gratitude BBQ with an evening of great food, fun activities for the kids, college football on the “Trailer-gating” TVs, and plenty of fellowship! This annual gathering is our way of saying THANK YOU to everyone who generously shares their time, talents, and financial gifts to help make Atonement's ministries possible throughout the year. Thank you to all who attended and helped make this such a wonderful evening! Check photos from the evening below.
